Here To Help
We like to share the knowledge we have built up internationally over the last 40 years, from the very beginning to the culmination of the project. Among other things, we cover the five stages of structural design:
initial design of the building elements (e.g. slabs, beams, columns …etc.) is performed based on code recommendations
After finishing the initial design, the exact dimensions of each building element shall be determined. First, an analysis model is created
Now you have the straining actions on the elements based on the initial sizing, you can use them to design according to code.
After the final dimensions of members are found, the foundation system type can be selected taking soil conditions into consideration
In this step, the structural plans are created. These plans are fully detailed so the construction process on site can proceed smoothly

Why don’t you charge for Consultation?
The difference between a Site Visit and a short Telephonic Consultation for advice is cost. We sometimes find that our clients don’t actually need a Structural Engineer, and any ethically-run company would not charge for advising in this way. It also does not require a site visit in many cases where a simple phone call can suffice. Schedule your call today.

Planning for Safety
When you contract a qualified consulting structural engineer to handle your project, you engage in a relationship unlike any other. What is happening is that you are potentially entrusting your future safety and the safety of your children, friends, acquaintances in the hands of a complete stranger or team of strangers. It is not always enough to be qualified, experience plays a massive role too. We address this by drawing on the wealth of experience we have built up since 1976, are happy to share our stories and at the end of your project, leave site as strangers no more. A CDP designed structure is a safe one, we promise.
